I am not into the get skinny quick plans. I work to make you a better, stronger, faster, more explosive athlete as well as a more durable human who moves and feels better in everyday life. I use movement screens along with assessments to identify imbalances or problematic movement patterns that inhibit your activity and could lead to injury. We work together to correct, strengthen and build the body you want to live in.
